Construction and installation of drip irrigation system
I. Project construction
1. Construction and installation provisions
(1) Drip irrigation construction must be carried out in strict accordance with the design. Modification of the design shall be approved by the design department first, and shall be implemented only after consensus has been reached through consultation, and shall be examined and approved by the competent department if necessary.
(2) Before construction, check whether the drawings and documents are complete, check whether the design is consistent with the terrain, water source, crop planting and the location of the junction of the head, etc., and consult with the design department to propose a reasonable modification scheme.
(3) The site shall be inspected before construction, and necessary safety measures shall be formulated to prevent all kinds of accidents.
(4) Prior to construction, a plan shall be formulated in strict accordance with the requirements of the construction period to ensure the project quality and timely completion.
(5) The quality shall be inspected at any time during the construction, and any unqualified work shall be resolutely reworked without any hidden danger.
(6) During construction, attention should be paid to flood control and drainage to protect farmland, forest, grass and vegetation, and to dispose of abandoned soil.
(7) Construction records shall be kept during the construction process. For hidden trouble project, "Hidden trouble Project Record" must be filled in before proceeding to the next process. The completion report shall be prepared in time upon completion of all works.
2. Preparation before construction
(1) Check whether the drawings and documents are complete and check whether they are consistent with the water source, terrain, crop planting and the location of the head of the irrigated area. If any problem is found, consult with the design department and propose a reasonable modification plan.
(2) The site shall be inspected, necessary safety measures shall be formulated, and the construction plan shall be prepared in strict accordance with the requirements of the construction period. Establish construction organization, draw up various construction sequences such as lofting and alignment, work out labor, types of work, materials, equipment and project schedule, and formulate quality inspection methods.
(3) Inspect engineering equipment and equipment and prepare construction tools according to design requirements.
3. Construction procedures
(1) Construction lofting, the site should be set up measurement control network, and should be retained until the completion of construction. The lofting includes pipeline measurement of the bow junction and trunk and branch pipes.
(2) Foundation pit excavation, drainage and foundation treatment.

Construction of motor-operated Wells shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GBJ141 Code for Acceptance of Construction of Water supply and drainage Structures. The water treatment building shall be executed in accordance with the relevant provisions of GBJ13 Technical Specification for Outdoor Water Supply Engineering
6. Pipe tank construction
(1) Pipe tank construction shall meet the following requirements:
(1) Excavation shall be carried out according to the design elevation of the construction setting out axis and the bottom of the trench, so as to make the slope of the bottom even and ensure the drainage of the pipe without water. The designed excavation depth of the underground pipe trench shall be 1.0 meters, and the width of the dry and main pipe trench shall not be less than 80cm.
(2) The bottom rocks should be cleared of debris, and a leveling.
(3) After the pipe groove passes the hard foundation such as pebbles, the overcut of the bottom of the groove should not be less than 10cm. After removal of gravel, compaction with fine earth backfill to design elevation.
The excavated soil should be piled up on one side of the pipe tank.
(5) The excavation of fixed pier pit and valve well should be carried out simultaneously with the excavation of pipe groove.
(2) Pipe tank backfill shall meet the following requirements:
(1) During the installation of pipes and fittings, the joints without seams should be covered with soil and fixed first. After the installation is completed, the pipes can be backfilled after the flushing test and comprehensive inspection.
(2) Before backfilling, debris in the tank shall be cleared and water shall be drained. Overburden soil within 20cm around the pipe wall shall not have gravel with a diameter of more than 2.5cm and earth blocks with a diameter of more than 5cm. Backfill shall be 10cm above the original ground and shall be lightly tamped or compacted layer by layer with a thickness of 20cm.
Backfilling must be carried out on both sides of the pipeline at the same time. Unilateral backfilling is strictly prohibited.
7. Pipeline construction
(1) Under the condition that no water can be stored in the main pipe before winter, the buried depth at the top should be more than 70cm, the width of the excavation of the pipe trench should not be less than 80cm, the base groove should be smooth and straight, and the slope of the pipe trench should be more than 0.002 in accordance with the provisions, so as to discharge the remaining water in the pipe into the drainage well or drainage canal.
(2) Fixed piers should be set at the corners, tees, bifurcations and valves of main pipes. When the ground slope is greater than 20% or the pipe diameter is greater than 65mm, it is advisable to add fixed pier every 200 meters.
(3) During the installation of the main pipe and pipe fitting, the pipe section should be fixed with soil covering where there is no joint. Only after the completion of installation, after the flushing test and the overall inspection of quality, can the pipe be backfilled.
(4) Backfilling must be carried out on both sides of the pipeline at the same time. Unilateral backfilling is strictly prohibited.
Ii. Equipment installation
1. Preparation before installation
(1) Before installation, the staff shall have a comprehensive understanding of the performance of various equipment and be proficient in the requirements and methods of construction and installation technology.
(2) Prepare all kinds of tools and test instruments for installation, such as tighteners, punches, PVC glue, double flicks, pressure gauges, wrenches, pipe pliers, hand pliers, etc.
(3) Confirm that the civil engineering related to equipment installation has passed the acceptance inspection, and check the equipment specifications, models, quantity and quality comprehensively according to the requirements of the design documents. It is strictly prohibited to use unqualified products.
2. Installation of the head hub equipment
(1) Installation requirements for pumping and pressurizing equipment:
(1) The installation of motor and water pump should be carried out according to the product specifications, and according to the "Mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering construction and acceptance code" in the relevant provisions.
(2) The motor shell must be grounded, the connection mode should comply with the motor installation provisions, and power inspection and trial operation.
The pump must be bolted to the concrete base or special rack.
(2) Filter installation requirements:
The filter shall be installed according to the installation drawing provided in the product manual, and it shall be noted that it shall be installed according to the marking of water delivery direction, and shall not be reversed.
(3) Installation requirements for fertilization and pesticide application equipment:
(1) Fertilization and pesticide application devices should be installed in front of the filter.
(2) The inlet and outlet pipes of fertilization and pesticide application devices should be firmly connected with irrigation pipes. If using hoses, distortion and discount should be strictly prohibited.
(4) Installation requirements for measuring instruments and protection equipment:
(1) Remove grease and debris from seals and joints before installation. The pressure gauge should be connected to the annular connecting pipe.
(2) Water meters should be installed horizontally according to design requirements and flow direction markers.
(3) Install the backcheck valve, inlet and exhaust valve as required to ensure its normal work.
(5) Installation provisions for valves and pipe fittings
(1) The center line of the flange should coincide with the axis of the pipe fitting, complete fastening bolts, can freely enter the hole, the water stop pad shall not block the water section.
(2) When installing the valve on the trunk and branch pipe, make sure the connection is firm and watertight. Wrap plastic film on aluminum tee thread to seal water stop.
(3) No dirt, oil stains or burrs should be found in the fittings and joints.
(4) do not use the aging and diameter of substandard pipe fitting.
(6) The following protection measures shall be taken when the construction is suspended
(1) Machine pump, valve and other equipment should be placed in the indoor, outdoor storage should be placed on high, strictly prohibited exposure to the sun, rain and water immersion.
(2) The plastic pipe and fittings stored outdoors should be covered with protection, and the open end of the pipeline under construction should be temporarily closed.
(3) The construction power should be cut off, and the installation tools should be properly kept.
(7) The quality of secondary education shall be checked at any time during installation.
(8) All test data should be filed.
3. Main pipe installation
(1) Review the specifications and sizes of plastic pipes, and keep the pipes clean.
(2) The installation axis of the socket tube should be straight and coincide, the socket insertion depth should be 1-1.5 times of the pipe outside diameter, and the adhesive should match the pipe material. After the plug and socket are coated with adhesive, it shall be timely plugged and inserted, and turn the end of the pipe to make the adhesive fill the gap. The pipe shall not be moved within 24 hours after bonding.
(3) When the plastic pipe is connected, the specification of the casing and the sealing ring shall match. The sealing ring shall not be twisted and rolled into the casing groove.
(4) The outer edge of the plug shall be machined into a bevel and lubricated, facing the sealing ring, and the other end shall be gently driven into the sleeve tube to the specified depth with a wooden hammer.
4. Installation of supporting pipes and paying pipes
Thick wall branch pipe and pay pipe laying should not be too tight, should lay 1-2 days to make it a free bending state, and in the morning before and after 8 o 'clock measurement hole size and position, with the buckle tee, in pay pipe drilling should be perpendicular to the ground.
5. Laying and installation of capillary tubes
(1) The seeder with laying capillary tube should be refit correctly, and the guide wheel should rotate flexibly, so that the capillary tube will not be hung or worn during laying.
(2) Labyrinth drip irrigation belt should be laid upward.
(3) The capillary connection should be fastened and sealed, and the capillary between the two pipes should be disconnected in the middle.
